Susan Peden is passionate about the rights of West Australians with disabilities. Since moving to Western Australia in 1990 Susan has worked with West Australians with disabilities as a speech pathologist and a positive behaviour support practitioner. She has held executive and senior management roles with several disability service providers.

Susan led the development of the Positive Behaviour Support Framework in Western Australia and has been influential across Australia in numerous policy and management roles.

Susan continues to provide support and training to many organisations supporting people with a disability in Western Australia. She is a strong advocate of person-centred approaches and individualised solutions.

Susan is married with three children, four grandsons, two cats and a dog. She loves music and theatre.

Lisa Olsen is an occupational therapist who has worked for over 30 years assisting people with a range of disabilities to achieve their goals and to live the life that they want. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Lisa has extensive experience in working with people who have experienced a traumatic injury. She is committed to ensuring that all people she works with have every opportunity to make their dreams become a reality.

West Australian by birth, Lisa has a diverse network within the disability sector and is passionate about building multidisciplinary teams to support the needs of the individuals she works with. Lisa is known for work with people who have exceptionally complex support needs.

A devoted mother and dog lover, she prides herself on thinking ‘outside the box’ and in creating innovative solutions for those she works with.
